Doulas can play an important role in empowering women who may be at higher risk of poor birth outcomes and providing them with the support they need to navigate the healthcare system and access community resources

All birth clients receive:

3 hours of prenatal support

Labor and Delivery

3 hours of postpartum support

$1800

Prenatal and postpartum hours can be in-person or virtual.

Additional prenatal support can be provided for bed rest, nutrition and meal planning, baby showers…anything that helps!

Medicaid, CHP+, and Carrot Insurance Accepted

Doctors and midwives appreciate the wraparound care doulas provide. They work collaboratively before, during and after birth. A doula’s role is crucial in helping the partner to be confident and involved in labor support

Birth Package Includes:

A complimentary initial consultation - via video call

◇  3 prenatal sessions (in your home, virtually, or in a public meeting space) in which we will discuss your preferences, dive deep into your vision for birth, address any concerns or questions, and prepare mentally and physically for the birth of your baby and for postpartum

◇ 24/7 support via phone, message or email throughout your pregnancy

◇ Resources on almost any birth topic - my own handouts, research studies, articles and essays, referrals to practitioners and other birth-related folks

◇ Assistance with writing out your birth preferences, if desired

◇ Continuous, by-your-side support throughout your active labor, until you and your baby are settled and feeding has been initiated

◇ Photography of your labor, birth, and immediate postpartum time, if desired

◇  Three postpartum sessions, to review your birth, offer support and guidance with feeding, newborn behavior and care, and for me to take care of your needs while you nurture your new baby
