Support for a birthing person during labor and delivery, offering comfort measures, advocacy, and evidence-based information. Creating a positive and empowering birth experience, coping mechanisms, and informed decision-making.

Postpartum

Nurturing new families during the postpartum period, with a focus on healing and bonding. Assistance with nutrition, lactation, household tasks, newborn care, and emotional processing. Helping parents to confidently embrace their new roles.

Companion

Fertility treatments, surgery, bereavement, abortion, surrogacy, adoption, divorce, and so many other life events require support and organization. Packages are customized to your specific needs and situation, from tackling to-do lists and meals, to being in the waiting room at appointments.

Nourishment

Comfort food helps everything, always. Meals can be requested for postpartum packages or as an individual service for any support needs. With a focus on warming meals that are easy to re-heat and homemade snacks. Most dietary needs can be accommodated.

All postpartum packages receive 20% discount when combined with birth services.
